		<description>Oh I&#039;m all for the &quot;beat it into my head until I get it&quot; approach. It DOES works. I think though, without the actions, the affirmations can kind of get lost in the middle of all the other mental chatter. That&#039;s been my experience, anyway. I try to do one action every day that complements that affirmation. The result of completing that action (the pride of accomplishment) in turn feeds my affirmation and makes it stronger.
