Reach For The Top

There is a time to be born,
There is a time to die -
Between these times,
Lives you and I.

What you shall do,
What you shall be -
It’s up to you,
And not to me.

For greatness comes,
With work and strain -
Heartaches, sadness,
Disappointments and pain.

‘Tis they who put forth
Full effort in the struggle -
Who reach the top,
And break the bubble.
